I’m a reformed music industry professional so I understand how difficult it can be to squeeze in time to eat, let alone cook. During this busy time of my life, I wasn’t eating properly so I figured out a way to eat at least 3 home cooked meals a day without having to cook everyday.
I have many professional friends who work long hours or just don’t know how to cook. They are always saying to me, “I would pay you to cook my food for me each week, because I just don’t have the time,” or “I don’t know what to get from the grocery store.” Well, I decided it would be a good idea to start this blog and share my secrets on making time to cook at home and save money while living a busy lifestyle.
This blog is not a healthy cooking, weight-loss site, however, I do like to keep calories, fat and processed food to a minimum in my recipes. Most of my recipes are quick and easy to prepare but, there will be some that take a little more time.
