For many years I skipped breakfast or opted for the cheese Danish and a coffee, but around 10 am, I would be half-starved and ready to consume an entire large pizza. Suffice to say, I packed on the pounds during those years and in a way, eating a healthier breakfast was one of the things that saved me from heading down obesity lane.
Before we move on, let me just say I am not an expert on nutrition and this blog is not about weight-loss. I am here simply to share with you my experiences cooking interesting, delicious, time saving meals while living a busy lifestyle.
