It’s lunch time! And I don’t know about you, but I’m craving something fresh, delicious, light on the hips and easy on the wallet.

You won’t find fresh and light at a fast food joint and you can forget about giving your wallet a break at a fancy cafe or restaurant.

The best way to ensure a quality lunch that won’t cost you a dime is ‘brown bagging’ it. Bringing your own lunch from home not only saves you money, but it allows you to get creative and give your co-workers and/or classmates something to salivate over.
