I don’t know about you, but tacos are some of my favorite food. I have the privilege of living in Los Angeles where taco stands are more plentiful than gas stations. So, of course I would be inspired to create my own version of this traditional Mexican cuisine and staple food of Angelenos. This week I am featuring my Spicy Veggie Tacos with homemade salsa and avocado topping. Check it out and if you are so inclined, try it for yourself.
