Apple and Radish Open-Face Sandwich

Apple and Radish

Makes 1 serving

1/4 Sourdough loaf cut in half

2-4 radishes sliced thin

1/2 medium apple cored and sliced into circles

Butter

Brie

Sea Salt

Cracked Black pepper

 

1. Toast the sourdough bread

2. Spread on some butter on both halves of bread

3. Layer on radishes and apples

4. Sprinkle sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

5. Top with Brie slices

6. Enjoy!
