1 Sprouted wheat English muffin
Low fat cream cheese
Smoked turkey slices
Red onion sliced
Roma Tomatoes sliced

Separate your English muffin. I love Ezekiel brand Sprouted Wheat, but use whatever kind you like. Pop it in the toaster. In the mean time slice up your onion, tomatoes, and avocado. Smear cream cheese on both sides of the muffin, then start layering the rest of the ingredients. I go in this order; turkey, onion, sprouts, fresh basil leaves, tomato, avocado, salt and pepper and a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar. This is a healthier alternative to the McMuffin. Enjoy!
Tip: If you plan on making this sandwich more than once in a given week, slice up extra tomatoes, onions and avocado and store them in Tupperware containers or Ziploc bags for easy access. This will save you a lot of time. Especially in the mornings.
Trick: Make this a brown bag lunch by adding chips and a pickle. Yum!!!
