Avocado Chocolate Pudding / Gelato

Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Makes 4 servings

1 large avocado

1/4 cup cocoa powder (I use 100% pure cocoa powder)

2 Tbsp raw honey (you can also use regular honey, maple syrup, raw cane sugar, Agave nectar or any kind of sweetener of your liking)

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Scrap the sides with a spatula if necessary. Pour the mixture into a bowl and serve!

To turn this pudding into a gelato, simply pour it in a plastic container with a  lid and stick in the freezer for a couple hours. Serve when it’s firm. It is sooo freak’in good!!! Avocado Chocolate Gelato
