Home Made Caesar Salad

2 heads Romaine lettuce shopped

½ cup Caesar style croutons

1 cup Parmesan shredded

6-8 cloves garlic minced

½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ Mayo

1 Anchovy fillet

1 egg yolk

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Hot sauce

½ tsp honey

Cracked black pepper

Sea Salt

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

This recipe yields 6-8 servings

In a blender add garlic, ½ cup Parmesan, olive oil, mayo, anchovy filet, egg yolk, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour over romaine lettuce, croutons and remaining cheese, toss and serve.
