Mulled Brandy

2 mulling spice tea bags (any brand)

4-6 cinnamon sticks

whole cloves

6 cumquats or 1 orange

6 shots Brandy, Whiskey or Rum

3 Tbsp. honey

3 quarts water

1. Pierce the cumquats or orange with the cloves.

2. Fill a large pot with 3 quarts of water, cinnamon sticks, and cumquats. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

3. Drop in the tea bags, cover and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes.

4. Remove tea bags, add liquor and honey, stir and serve.

This recipe yields about 10-12 servings.

Tip: You can replace the citrus with apple cider  for a totally different drink.
