1-2 Tbsp Sea Salt

1 tsp red pepper flakes

Season the chicken liberally with the sea salt on both sides

Sprinkle on the red pepper flakes, both sides

Cover the bottom of your Tagine or other baking dish (with a lid) with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking to the bottom.

Place chicken parts in the Tagine

Coat the chicken thoroughly with the Banana Mango Asian Bbq Sauce

Put the lid on the Tagine or baking dish

Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes basting at least once

Take the top off after 40 minute s and then place the dish under the broiler for another 8-12 minutes.

Be sure to keep an eye on the chicken under the broiler

You want a nice char on the chicken, but not burnt

It should look like this…
