Raspberry Banana Mango Balsamic Reduction

1 ½ cups Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tbsp Turbinado Sugar

4 – 6  fresh raspberries

2 Tbsp Gaia Goodness Banana Mango Ketchup

1 sprig fresh Rosemary

1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan

2. Boil on a medium-high heat for about 15 minutes or until the liquid is reduced to 1/3 cup

3. Stir occasionally

4. Run the Balsamic reduction through a strainer to remove seeds

5. Allow the reduction to cool for at least 30 minutes before use.
