Avocado Tomato and Radish Salsa

Makes 4 cups

2 large Avocados peeled and chopped

4 Roma tomatoes diced

2 scallions (green onions) chopped

4 radishes cut chopped

4 cloves garlic minced

1/2 cup cilantro chopped

1 lemon juiced

1 lime juiced

1 Jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped

Sea salt and black pepper to taste


1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

2. Refrigerate  for an hour before serving
