Hawaiian Ham Sandwich (Left-overs finger sandwiches)

Sliced ham (see ham recipe)

Candied yams (see yams recipe)

1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, thinly sliced and grilled or broiled

24 Hawaiian Bread dinner rolls

This recipe yields 24 servings

Place pineapple slices on a stove top grill or on a baking sheet and broil until the pineapple gets a nice char around the edges. Split the rolls in half. Spread the candied yams on both sides of the bread. Add the ham slices and pineapple, place on a serving platter and you’re done!

Heads up! You can serve these room temperature or place the assembled sandwiches on a cookie sheet and heat them in the oven for about 10 mins. in a 350 degree oven.
