Turkey and Havarti on Squaw (Leftovers finger sandwiches)

12 slices Squaw, toasted, crusts cut

Sliced turkey (see turkey recipe)

12 slices Havarti cheese

Arugula

Cranberry butter (see cranberry sauce recipe)

This recipe yields 24 servings

To make the cranberry butter, mix together 3 tbsp. cranberry sauce and 3 tbsp. softened butter in a bowl.

Assemble sandwiches; spread the cranberry butter on one side of all the bread slices, add turkey, cheese and Arugula. Cut whole sandwiches into fours, place on a serving platter and serve!
