Turkey and Stuffing on Raisin-nut Bread (Leftovers finger sandwiches)

12 slices Raisin-nut bread, toasted, crusts cut

Sliced turkey (see turkey recipe)

Stuffing (see stuffing recipe)

Cranberry sauce (see cranberry sauce recipe)

Gravy (optional)

This recipe yields 24 servings

Assemble sandwiches; spread cranberry sauce on one side of all bread slices, add turkey, and stuffing. pour on  gravy, if desired. Cut whole sandwiches into fours, place on a serving platter and serve!

Tip: These sandwiches are better served warm. Keep your oven on 175 degrees and place the sandwiches in an aluminum foil covered pan. Set them out for serving as needed.
