8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
Fold all ingredients in a bowl. Store in the refrigerator in a container with a lid and use as needed.
Tip #1: Add parsley, chives, scallions and garlic to create an herb spread. You can also switch up the ingredients and use sun dried tomatoes or chopped olives. For a sweet spread, add preserves, nuts or fresh fruit.
Tip #2: I use this spread in my chicken salad. You can also use it in tuna and potato salads, as a dip, on baked potatoes, bagels, a substitute for butter, toss with your favorite pasta or layer it in lasagna. The possibilities are endless!
