Taco seasoning

1 Jalapeno Pepper fire roasted and chopped with seeds (over open flame I used an eye on my gas stove)

4 cloves garlic minced

1 cup canned diced tomatoes fire roasted with chilis

2 Tbsp Banana Mango ketchup

2 Tbsp chili powder

2 Tbsp pure coco powder

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp turbinado sugar


1. Roast, peel off skin, and chop Jalapeno pepper (click here to see how)

2. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on low to medium flame for about 10 minutes stirring constantly.

3. Turn off flame and allow mixture to cool.

4. Place in an air tight container and refrigerate over night before using.
