Mumbo Sauce

1/2 cup ketchup (I use organic, but any kind will do)

3 Tbsp sweet & sour sauce

1 Tbsp  chili and garlic sauce (the kind you see in Chinese restaurants)

1 Tbsp honey

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over a medium flame and bring to a boil. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes and serve.

This recipe yields about 6 oz. of sauce.

Tip: Use as a glaze or dipping sauce on fried chicken or grilled, chicken, pork, beef, fish and shrimp. I use for mixed veggies in Asian dishes with rice.
