1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp White Truffle Oil
2 Tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 garlic clove minced (or run through garlic masher)
This recipe yields 2-3 servings
Add honey and lime juice to bowl. Whisk until honey is dissolved. Add yogurt, Truffle oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and whisk until all ingredients are combined. Taste and adjust honey, lime or salt to you liking. Drizzle over a simple salad of romaine, onion, tomato and cucumber. Enjoy!!
Tip: Store this dressing in a Tupperware container with a tight lid. It will last up to two weeks.
